Any purchases of blind boxes are FINAL sale. Because they are collectibles, there are no refunds or exchange.

We thrive to make sure the product we received are in good quality; however, sometimes, human errors or accidents happens along the way. If you happen to have a defective product, a full refund is available or ... if you see something else you would like to exchange the defective product with, we will gladly exchange the product for the same value. If the new item to be exchange value is less, a refund will be issued for the difference; if the value is more, the customer will pay the difference.
